Teflon (PTFE) Heater Operating Instructions:
Possesses strong chemical corrosion resistance, making it suitable for heating highly destructive liquids.
The internal heating element of the Teflon electric heater is made of special metal materials, with a PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) outer sleeve.
All Teflon electric heaters can be equipped with PT-100 temperature sensors, thermal fuses, and temperature switches as options.
Customization is available upon request. We currently offer the following configurations for reference: assembled/multi-tube type, spiral type, L-shape, and mosquito-coil shape.
During use, care must be taken not to damage or scratch the surface of the Teflon tube.

When installing the electric heater, care must be taken to prevent solid deposits from accumulating on the heater surface. In addition, if the liquid is too viscous or the liquid level is too low, the Teflon (PTFE) tube may burn out due to poor surface heat dissipation.
The physical dimensions of the electric heater must not be arbitrarily reduced, as this would increase the surface power density and shorten the heater's service life.
All heaters can be equipped with overheat protectors or PT100 temperature-sensing probes to ensure product longevity and equipment safety.
Due to the strong corrosion resistance and non-stick properties of Teflon (PTFE) tubes, they are widely used in heating applications such as phosphoric acid polishing, electroless gold plating, electroless nickel plating, and various high-demand chemical solution heating processes.
Available in a variety of structural configurations, including spiral type, L-shape, U-shape, W-shape (M-shape), mosquito-coil shape, and assembled/multi-tube type, etc.
