The far-infrared heating tube utilizes milk-white quartz glass tubes processed through special techniques or high-temperature transparent quartz glass tubes, equipped with high-temperature electric heating alloy wires as the heating elements. Since milk-white quartz glass can absorb almost all visible light and near-infrared radiation emitted by the heating wire and convert it into far-infrared radiation, it saves approximately 30% more energy compared to ordinary heating elements.

Applications of Far-Infrared Heating Tubes

Civil/Residential Applications: Widely used in space heaters, fan heaters, bathroom heaters (bath heaters), far-infrared physiotherapy devices, beauty instruments, disinfection cabinets, microwave ovens (lightwave ovens), bread makers, toasters, food ovens, and various baking and far-infrared health care applications.

Installation and Usage Precautions:

When installed horizontally, the tilt angle should not exceed 30 degrees.

Use with an aluminum or stainless steel reflector during operation – either flat or parabolic. A parabolic reflector is optimal as it maximizes radiation utilization efficiency. (Our factory can provide custom reflectors upon request.)

Avoid severe vibration and shaking.

The optimal distance between the heating element and the object to be heated is generally 150–450mm, depending on the specific conditions of the object being dried.

Quartz heating elements are brittle materials. Exercise caution during installation and use. Take necessary protective measures based on the specific conditions of the object being heated to prevent mechanical damage.
